These Terms and Conditions apply when you access or use Plan in Decades or any related website, application, calculator, content, or service (the Service). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
The Service provides educational tools for recording information and exploring numerical scenarios. Features, calculations, data sources, assumptions, availability, and subscription plans may change over time. You are responsible for reviewing the inputs, assumptions, and limitations relevant to any result.
3. No financial, tax, legal, or investment advice

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plan in Decades' total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or connected with the Service or these terms is limited to the subscription fees you actually paid for the subscription period in which the event giving rise to the claim occurred. This limitation does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
